Simply fill up the engine/charcoal basket with lump charcoal and some flavored smoking wood and sit back. The ease of controlling the temperature with the two intake vents allows for easy cooking while you sit back and have a box of beers or look after the kids in the weekend

I’ve only had a chance to use it once so far - same time as the time after seasoning it. Really well built, high quality components and I reckon will last a very very long time. A couple of small issues that would be good to get updated on the website though - only get the one plate, the hanging racks and hooks and fire basket hook aren’t included. But good news is the temperature bracket is. Apart from that definitely glad I spent the $$$ on this - when you compare it to the gear you get at normal BBQ retailers, this is definitely a step above in quality for a similar price.
