The ultimate Ugly Drum Smoker (UDS) Fire basket with Heat Deflector and built-in Ash Catcher. This engine has a hook and handle, to make it easy to lift in and out of your smoker, The large capacity means it doesn’t have to be reloaded during a cook and can last for at least 12 hours with lump charcoal.
These charcoal baskets are engineered to allow maximum airflow and are built tough. The new Octo-shaped bolt together charcoal basket and deflector have been designed to snugly fit your standard drum build
The diffuser keeps the heat off the sides and radiates the heat throughout the drum to help keep a constant temperature while cooking.
